At SIGMA’s Trainee Technology Days, our trainees deep-dive into the world of event technology. We equip our young talents with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in their careers by providing them with hands-on workshops on topics such as video technology, sound technology, lighting and installation. All of the workshops are led by experienced professionals and our aim is to strengthen each trainee’s professional skills as well as develop a sense of community that fosters long-lasting bonds within the team.
