The trade fair's conference and event programme takes place in the drupa cube - a hotspot for knowledge transfer and inspiration. Whether digitalisation, sustainability or new printing technologies - this is where the latest innovations, developments and trends in the industry are presented and discussed. Our team is responsible for the technical equipment, including ongoing daily management. We monitor and control the entire event technology, including lighting, sound, video and presentation technology. We ensure that all technical components function smoothly at all times. That all presentations, videos and other content are ready on time and played in the correct order. And that the requirements of the presenters are met. This also includes on-site technical advice.
For our global customer Horizon International Inc. from Japan, we are in charge of the entire media and event technology at the drupa stand. The exhibition area is optimised with 11 suspended 98-inch monitors and a further 20 monitors in various sizes. Trusses with clamped gauzes and lighting complete the technical equipment. We control the digital effect lighting for the daily stand shows. A coordinated stand sound system and a complete WLAN network round off the presentation - and make the trade fair stand an experience for Horizon and all visitors.
