Two perspectives, one goal
Marco Vorderstemann knows the industry inside out. As a master event technician, trainer and former head of rentals, he not only has in-depth technical expertise, but also an eye for the big picture: budgets, team management, customer processes – day-to-day operations are his domain.
‘I am convinced that technology only works really well when it is supported by a well-coordinated team,’ says Marco Vorderstemann. ‘My goal is to continue to build on this team spirit – efficiently, clearly and with enthusiasm.’
Stephan Nabbefeld complements the duo with a fresh, strategic perspective: His journey at Sigma began during his studies – starting as an intern, continuing as a working student, and eventually becoming a project manager. In this role, he was responsible for international system integration projects, always focusing on smart processes and future-oriented solutions. With a bachelor's degree in media technology and a master's degree in digital business management currently in progress, he brings the latest ideas from science, digitalisation and AV/IT innovation to the company.
‘I see Sigma as a company with enormous potential – technically strong, down-to-earth and open to new ideas,’ says Stephan Nabbefeld. ‘I look forward to actively shaping this path and consistently exploiting digital opportunities.’
Trust, change, responsibility
Volker Schräger-Enkirch, owner of SIGMA System Audio-Visuell, will remain closely associated with the company as managing director: ‘With Marco and Stephan at my side, I know that Sigma is in the best of hands. Both bring exactly what is needed right now: technical depth, strategic thinking and the courage to break new ground – without losing sight of our roots.’
Together, the new management team is pursuing a clear goal: to consistently develop SIGMA further, combine technological excellence with customer-oriented processes – and actively shape the future of media technology as a strong team.
