The first digital Advent calendar with video mapping in Düsseldorf
The Kämmerei in Düsseldorf is a listed building from the 1950s. After extensive renovation, its historic architecture, modern smart building technologyn and prime location make it he perfect location for our client, the law firm Ganteführer. The request: With the start of the 2025 Christmas market, the historic façade is to be used for large-scale media displays for the first time. The idea: A daily Advent calendar made up of light, projection, and animation – in the middle of the bustling old town and on the façade of a listed building. The technical challenge: Strong external light influences, temperature changes and limited installation points.
